4. Howard Lieburn Senior Center 

Located at 6230 Garwood Avenue, this center offers an ongoing Wiener Wednesday event from 11am to 2pm. Each Wednesday, seniors aged 50 and over get together for casual conversations and make new friends while enjoying a delicious lunch, featuring a hot dog, chips, and a drink. Lunch is $3 per person. Registration is required.

5. Cora Coleman Senior Center 

Located at 2100 Bonnie Lane, this facility provides a range of ongoing leisure activities such as card game events on the last Thursday of the month from 1pm to 3pm. Seniors can bond with others their age over their love of movies and get together afterward for coffee and conversation. Free popcorn is provided, and registration is required.
